ORDERING
Where possible we will endeavour to despatch your order the day we receive it but we are only human and it is recommended to place your order before 12.00 noon if you want to receive it as soon as possible. There are occasions when we are at shows where there may be a small delay in processing your order but you will be informed if this is the case.
 
Shipping
As you add items to your basket shipping will automatically be calculated.
 
Overseas Shipping
Please ensure that you select the country of destination when adding items to your basked. Shipping prices are based on international courier. If you wish to receive a quote for your items to be sent via the UK postal service please email us.
 
Telephone Orders
To make it easier for us to process telephone orders please ensure you have the products codes ready before phoning.

Why not join our crazy discount club? - designed especially for those of you who order on a regular basis. The membership only costs £5.00 to join and entitles you to 15% discount on every order. Simply place your order as normal and you will automatically receive your discount. You will be sent a membership card which will also qualify you for discount at any show we attend.

Most of our craft materials can be cut with scissors, and sewn by hand or machine.

SMALL ORDER CHARGE
In order that we can keep the cost of our products to a minimum, we have had to introduce a 50p admin charge for orders under £5.00. This will be added to your invoice at the time of processing.
